The waste heat of the zinc boiler was used to heat the composite solvent tank, and the equipment technology of the multi-component alloy and hot galvanizing pot, zinc smoke collection hood, acid gas collection hood and acid gas collection mobile hood was upgraded. The engineering technicians have improved and adopted the electric heating zinc boiler and the natural gas heating zinc boiler. The high-speed pulse flame heating zinc plating furnace in the natural gas heating zinc boiler has realized the full automatic control of the heating and combustion of the zinc pot, which has the advantages of no loss of heat energy, uniform heating of the zinc pot, no overheating of the surface of the zinc pot, extended the service life of the zinc pot, energy conservation and environmental protection, and is the sixth most advanced replacement product in the world.
